LRS series temperature control unit consists of refrigeration system, circulation system and intelligent control system.

Refrigeration System

◆Compressor: It adopts high energy-efficiency Haili rotary sub hermetic compressor with its own gas-liquid separator, capable of gas-liquid separation during operation, playing the role of preventing compressor from liquid shock, ensuring long-term product life, reliable high-efficiency operation and low noise. The compressor can work under any load work and can realize rapid cooling.

◆Air-cooled condenser: internal anticorrosive micro-channel heat exchanger, high heat transfer efficiency, small size, strong stability, easy maintenance (optional water-cooled form: using high-efficiency plate heat exchanger, high heat transfer efficiency).

◆Electronic expansion valve: realize the throttling from condenser to evaporator, meanwhile control the flow of refrigerant, ensure the stability of superheat of refrigerant vapor at the outlet of evaporator, the electronic expansion valve has high precision and fast reaction speed, so as to realize the evaporator and excellent liquid supply.

◆Electronic hot gas bypass valve: the hot gas bypass valve adopts PID control according to the control temperature, quickly adjusting the differential pressure of the compressor thus avoiding the frequent starting and stopping of the unit, which affects the life of the compressor; at the same time, it also avoids the drastic fluctuation of the temperature.

◆Evaporator: High-efficiency plate heat exchanger, internal optimized circulation circuit, high heat exchange efficiency.

Heats circulating fluid without a heater

No heater is required as the heat from the discharge is utilized for heating.
