The UTS series system consists of a circulation pump, a refrigeration circuit, and a heater.

Control Function

◆Refrigeration mode: PID control, high pressure and low compressor start in refrigeration mode, bypass valve auxiliary regulation to achieve stable temperature control.

◆Heating mode: PID control, compressor runs, heater starts, bypass valve opens to regulate and stabilize temperature control.

◆High-temperature compressor: scroll compressor, with dynamic exhaust valve, can be adjusted according to the requirements of the exhaust pressure, play to prevent the compressor gas recompression, in the case of high-pressure ratio can be considerable increase in energy efficiency.

◆Low temperature compressor: Reciprocating compressor with high thermal efficiency and low power consumption per unit. There is no risk of liquid shock when operating under high loads.

◆Condenser: The air-cooled type adopts anti-corrosion micro-channel heat exchanger inside, which is small, stable and easy to maintain. Water-cooled type adopts high-efficiency plate heat exchanger with high heat exchange efficiency.

◆Evaporator: High-efficiency plate heat exchanger, internal optimized circulation circuit, high heat exchange efficiency.

◆Heater: The use of submerged heaters allows heat to be transmitted directly to the circulating fluid, with high and more uniform heating efficiency.

◆Expansion valve: electronic expansion valve to realize the condenser to the evaporator throttling, and at the same time control the flow of refrigerant, to ensure that the evaporator outlet refrigerant vapor superheat stability, electronic expansion valve high precision and fast response speed, so as to achieve the evaporator and good liquid supply.

◆Circulation pump: adopts magnetic pump, no friction loss, high operating efficiency, energy saving effect is remarkable. The inner casing is made of corrosion-resistant material, which has good compatibility with e-fluoride liquid.

Other Functions

◆Display: It adopts 7-inch screen, which is convenient for data viewing and setting, and can monitor the operation status. View data such as temperature curve, pressure curve, history alarm, flow parameters and so on.

◆ Flow meter: monitor the flow value, make the temperature control more accurate by flow control. Make the temperature control more stable, and at the same time play the role of energy saving and environmental protection.

◆ Resistivity Sensor: Monitor the resistivity of the coolant, which is convenient to detect the presence of impurities in time and take corresponding measures.

Intelligent Control System

◆Adopting stable PLC control: applying PID algorithm in order to realize the precise control of circulating liquid temperature, which makes the temperature control precision higher. Touch screen human-computer interaction interface, convenient for users to observe and operate. Other language operation interface can be customized according to users' needs.

◆Communication adopts: standard RS485 interface, following the standard Modbus-RTU protocol, according to the user's needs, the transmission of all kinds of data required, such as the temperature of the liquid out of the unit, unit failure and other information.
