The LH series system consists of a circulation pump, a refrigeration circuit, and a heater.

Control Function

◆Refrigeration mode: PID control is adopted, the compressor starts in the refrigeration mode, and the bypass valve assists in regulating to realize stable temperature control.

◆Heating mode: PID control, compressor runs, heater starts, bypass valve opens to regulate and stabilize temperature control.

◆Compressor: scroll compressor, with dynamic exhaust valve, you can adjust the exhaust pressure according to the requirements, and play a role in preventing the compressor gas recompression, in the case of high pressure ratio can be considerable to improve energy efficiency.

◆Air-cooled condenser: internal anticorrosive micro-channel heat exchanger with high stability; mesh-covered fan, which does not restrict airflow and has stable heat dissipation effect.

◆Water-cooled condenser: It adopts high-efficiency plate heat exchanger with high heat exchange efficiency, which can effectively fight against the heat dissipation demand of about 40 degrees below zero.

◆Evaporator: High-efficiency plate heat exchanger, internal optimized circulation circuit, high heat exchange efficiency.

◆Heater: allows heat to be transmitted directly to the circulating fluid, with high and more uniform heating efficiency.

◆Expansion valve: electronic expansion valve to realize the condenser to the evaporator throttling, and at the same time control the flow of refrigerant, to ensure that the evaporator outlet refrigerant vapor superheat stability, electronic expansion valve high precision and fast response speed, so as to achieve the evaporator and good liquid supply.

◆Circulation pump: the overflow parts are stainless steel, with certain gas-liquid mixing function. The use of no shaft seal, magnetic drive design, the conversion of dynamic seal to static seal, to achieve safety and stability in deep cold and high temperature working conditions. The structure design of double pumps can ensure the smooth circulation of circulating liquid in low temperature environment.

Other Functions

◆Display: 7-inch screen, easy to view data settings, you can monitor the operating status. View temperature curve, pressure curve, historical alarms, flow parameters and other data.

◆Flow meter: monitor the flow value, make the temperature control more accurate by flow control. Make the temperature control more stable, and at the same time play the role of energy saving and environmental protection.

Intelligent Control System

◆Adopting stable PLC control: applying PID algorithm in order to realize the precise control of circulating liquid temperature, which makes the temperature control precision higher. Touch screen human-computer interaction interface, convenient for users to observe and operate. Other language operation interface can be customized according to users' needs.

◆Communication adopts: standard RS485 interface, following the standard Modbus-RTU protocol, according to the user's needs, the transmission of all kinds of data required, such as the temperature of the liquid out of the unit, unit failure and other information.
